Hague Legacy is committed to customer satisfaction. We have created this return and exchange policy in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), which applies to all our online transactions.
To request an exchange or return, the customer must contact our Customer Service Center by email at contact@haguelegacy.online or WhatsApp at +55 (31) 99581-7194, informing the order number and the reason for the request.
Important: Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, as detailed below.
According to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), customers who purchase a product or service outside the commercial establishment (online) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) calendar days starting from the date of receipt of the product.
Conditions for Withdrawal:
The withdrawal period is 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt date.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, washing, or modification.
The product must have the tags/seals intact and attached.
It must be accompanied by the Invoice (DANFE) or declaration of content.
Shipping Cost:
The cost of return shipping due to withdrawal is the responsibility of Hague Legacy, through reverse logistics (postage code) provided after the request is approved.
Refund Procedure:
The full refund will be processed after the product is received and its condition is analyzed at our Distribution Center. The analysis period is up to 7 (seven) business days after receipt.
Credit Card: The reversal may occur within up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices, depending on your credit card operator.
Boleto/Pix/Bank Transfer: The refund will be made via bank transfer or Pix to the account of the original purchase holder (same CPF) within up to 10 (ten) business days after the analysis.
In case of verified manufacturing defects, the deadlines for claiming are established by the CDC:
Non-Durable Goods (e.g., Food, Cosmetics): 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt date.
Durable Goods (e.g., Apparel, Electronics, Accessories): 90 (ninety) calendar days from the receipt date.
Procedure:
The customer must immediately notify Hague Legacy about the defect, sending photos and/or videos proving the problem.
After initial analysis, a postage authorization (reverse logistics) will be issued at no cost to the customer.
Upon receipt and confirmation of the defect at our Distribution Center, the customer may choose one of the following options: a. Replacement of the product with an identical new one, if available in stock. b. Exchange for any other product in the store of equal value. c. Store Credit ("Voucher") for the amount paid, to be used in future purchases. d. Full refund of the amount paid.
Deadline for Resolution: Hague Legacy has up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, from the date of receiving the product, to resolve the issue.
We offer the option to exchange for size, color, or model (subject to stock availability) as an additional benefit to the customer, as it is not a legal obligation if the product is defect-free.
Conditions for Size/Model Exchange:
Request period: 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt date.
The product must be returned with no signs of use, washing, or modification, with intact tags/seals, and in the original packaging.
Shipping Cost:
In this case, the shipping cost for returning the product to the store is the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping cost for resending the new product is the responsibility of Hague Legacy (only for the first exchange).
Refusal of Return: We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return if the returned product does not meet the above conditions (e.g., signs of use, missing tags, product damaged by misuse). In this case, the product will be resent to the customer, and the re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Packaging: The product must be shipped in appropriate packaging that protects it during transport.
